You’reCompetitive Marketing &Sales Performance Plan

The Marketing & Performance report is designed for business owners who have a clear plan of where they want to be in five years and the steps to get there, or for businesses that are after ideas to build the business in the short term.

Your one-on-one face to face meeting will take around two hours. Your coach will then take around ten days to compile your report from your Positioning Edge and Marketing & Performance consultations, detailing the best strategies for your business growth and an outline of how to implement them.

The report will be delivered for you to read, then your coach will make a time for a consultation to discuss the contents and clarify any queries you have.

Your Personal Business Plan

Every business benefits from a carefully planned and written business plan. The main difference from this business plan to other on the market is that italigns your personal goals with your business visions.Your Personal Business Plan is a blueprint of your business and will provide you with tools to analyse and implement changes that will keep you on track and will make your business successful and profitable.

Your Personal Business Plan will include 2 x face to face meeting to collected necessary data and information about you and your business. The plan will take around 10 working days to complete

(Depending on how complex the plan is) and then delivered to you personally. Together we can discuss any questions you may have and then examine if a coaching program is required to take your business to the next step of development.

One-On-One Coaching

This program is designed for you and your coach to work together to identify key areas of your business to enhance productivity and probability.To come up with ideas on strategies that will guide you to achieving your goals and visions and have someone to talk to regularly on the challenges and frustrations you face on a day to day basis within your business. This can range from Marketing & promoting, team training or just personal development for you as a business owner.

CEC KPI Dashboard

Key Performance Indicators, also known as KPI, help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals.

Once an organization has analysed its mission, identified and defined its goals, it needs a way to measure progress toward those goals. Key Performance Indicators are those measurements.

Together we will set monthly KPIs from your Business Plan and have a “one page” living document, linking your budget, targets and key KPI’s to your business strategy.

At the end of each month your goal is to have a “one page” snapshot of your business that instantly shows the business’ performance. The dashboard one page snapshot includes financial and non-financial KPI’s which are fully customizable to reflect your business strategy and model. This enables the review of your strategy execution on a month-by-month basis.
